Since its formation in 1993 by a group of college students, Jars of Clay has released a series of critically acclaimed albums. Blood:Water emerged from Dan’s realization of the crucial connection between clean water access and the AIDS/HIV crisis, particularly in Africa. Apart from his musical and philanthropic endeavors, Dan is also recognized for composing music for television series and movie soundtracks.
