Hey team and welcome back to another episode of Toe The Line! This weeks guest is the incredible Ben O’Keeffe, he’s an International rugby referee, an Ophthalmologist and an incredibly genuine and humble guy!

This chat with Ben was super insightful, hearing him talk about his upbringing, his time in med school, and then working two full time jobs as a doctor in training and then catching flights to referee games, just hearing him talk about his schedule at one point made me exhausted haha! Ben is such a lovely human, and hearing him talk about his craft was truly such a privilege so a big thank you again to Ben and I know you guys are going to love this one!
