The first guest on our podcast, Adam Eubanks, came back to the show to tell us how his THREE day social media detox changed his life. Not only did he not look at social media, he turned off all notifications, leaving his days more peaceful, productive and mindful.

Social media is a wonderful and fun tool that isn't going away anytime soon, but that doesn't mean we have to be addicted to scrolling for three, four, six hours a day or more. 

Is there a way we, as humans, can have a healthy relationship to social media? In this podcast, I'm on the journey to find out while taking a six-week hiatus from my personal social accounts. While I learn, I'll be having conversations with experts, as well every-day people I know. A huge goal of mine? Get them each to take a three day detox from social media & report back the results on the show.
