This book is a very inspiring book because it shows how a girl who has no ability too do anything is a very intelligent girl and sees and heard different like how she can hear colors. I hear colors from one person particular which is Taylor Swift. I hear yellow and blue because yellow is happy and blue is sad. I see in her confidence because she gets up there and can do it. When I even just sit and speed to my class mates my face gets hot

This was such a good story, even though the other kids did not treat Melody always nicely. But Melody was the smartest!! We listened to the book and the actress who read it was so great.

This was a great read. appropriate for every she. The young girl in this story, Melody, really have me a different perspective to non-communicative people. The author uses such descriptive writing, without dragging out the thought, that you can clearly visualize what is happening in Melody's world. This would be a very good book for middle agreed students to study in Language Arts class. It's equally as good for pleasure reading.

What an outstanding read. I did not realize when I started the book it is for ages 10 and up. Even though I'm 6 times that age I can not say enough about the quality of the story and the lessons it teaches those who take the art of communication and being able to care for oneself for granted.
