Mike and his family escaped a vast zombie horde to find themselves imprisoned by a clandestine group that seeks global domination by the most nefarious means possible. Help is coming, in the form of a 500-year-old PopTart-loving vampire named Tommy. Will he be enough to get the Talbots to freedom or will he succumb to monsters new and old? On top of all this Mike discovers that he is in the crosshairs of an ancient enemy and it is only a matter of time until the final showdown.

What made the experience of listening to Zombie Fallout 8 the most enjoyable?
I love Sean Runnette's narration. In my mind, he IS Mike Talbot. Hope he never stops narrating the Zombie Fallout series. What other book might you compare Zombie Fallout 8 to and why?
None. Mike Talbot's sense of humor, love for his family is missing from a lot of otherwise good zombie books. Plus no other book has Tripp!! Still. I would also recommend the Remaining by DJ Molles (hang in there, the story is good, I returned it the first time around). Lycan Fallout by Mark Tufo is also really good.Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?
Mike Talbot always makes me laugh. It is a great action packed adventure.Any additional comments?
The story moved a little slow for me in this book. I don't want to give anything away, but our heroes don't make a lot of progress in this one.A Must for Mike Talbot Fans

Would you consider the audio edition of Zombie Fallout 8 to be better than the print version?
#8 was a great story and it answered a lot of back story questions. But where is #9? Your getting on my last nerve by leaving me hanging.....Waiting for #9

What made the experience of listening to Zombie Fallout 8 the most enjoyable?
The narrator, hands down. I love listening to audio books, and this narrator ranks at the top. What was the most interesting aspect of this story? The least interesting?
The cliffhanger of the coming vampires is the most interesting. The increasing intelligence of the zombies is also pretty compelling. What does Sean Runnette bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
Absolute hilarity!!! His perfectly timed inflections and emphasis on critical puns offer a truly unique experience.Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?
This book was on par with the others. I am loving the series, but this one did not stand out above the others.Any additional comments?
On to the next one!Another great fight and a few new jokes.
