Once again Corinne Michael’s has written a book that gutted me and broke me emotionally. I need to gather my thoughts to write a full review!

Raw & Beautiful🥲😍

I have so many thoughts & feelings about You Loved me Once. It’s not your average swoony romance story. It’s a real, gritty & raw story about life. Serenity is faced with so many choices & challenges with her patients, family and self. Her struggle is real, raw & beautiful. She finds her true self and in the journey heals her heart and finds the man who was always there.

I was lucky enough to listen to the audio first & was blown away by Julia’s performance. As with all Corinne books be prepared to cry but trust me it’s so worth it. 💓

A wonderful audio book!

You know it's a good book when it can move you and make you emotional...and that's what this book did for me!

Love the flow of the story and how the reader read the book!

I thought this book was really great to listen to. I would definitely recommend this book for someone to read because it was Interesting and I looked forward to what was going to happen next.

Y’all I loved every second of this book. I only got 2 hours of sleep last night. The narrator is new to me but she did an amazing job. And Corinne Michaels, well, she’s one of those authors with substance, yanking out your soul and putting it back together again. You Loved Me Once is simply amazing and beautifully written.

Our heroine, Serenity is smart yet broken. Loving, yet guards her feelings. She has to make difficult decisions to balance what’s right- sometimes those choices come with consequences. As for the love her life, the alleged soulmate. Well, he was a selfish douche canoe with no sense of empathy. She should’ve been over him long before she finally got over him but the problem with that is, that’s the reality of life.

This book was soo good! I can't really put into words just how much I enjoyed it. It was moving and heartfelt and I was drawn in from the very beginning. Westin was extremely dreamy and patient with Serenity, so of course I eye-rolled at times with all the not being able to get past her failed relationship with her ex and her not recognizing the great man she has in her present. I was glad she started "seeing" him and started letting him in.

Julia Whelan's performance was remarkable! I mean, slow 👏🏽 spectacular!!! I definitely prefer dual narration, but she's one of the few narrators, who I feel can carry the entire book and I don't miss the male narrator. Sigh, it's the middle of the night and I can't sleep.....soooo, I'll just restart from the beginning. Yep, it's just that good!!! Well done Corrine Michaels!

Oh yeah and this was just released a day before I found it in the Plus Catalog!! BONUS- Like, how is this even possible? Thanks Audible!

Another great story by Corinne Michaels. An emotional journey about love and loss. About what’s right and wrong, making tough decisions and their consequences… Fantastic narration. A must listen.

Beautiful and Emotional read

I know that every time I read a Corinne Michaels book I say - "this one's my favorite" but seriously - this one might be my new favorite.

Corinne Micheals had everything in this book to make you not want to stop reading (or listening). I listened to the audible and the narrator was perfect. I was brought right into this story and often times I didn't know what I wanted for these characters. I was/am so invested in their lives.

Our main character Serenity - had NO serenity in her life. She was dealt a situation that no one could ever imagine (well - except Corinne Micheals). The angst and turmoil in this book were at epic proportions and thankfully- I am an angst whore.

I shed more than a few tears while reading and this book took a turn I didn't see coming. Wow is all I can say! Thank you Corinne Micheals for this fabulous book.
