I wish the book included was visuals on Yoga . Other than that, Elliot Wood has covered this subject in great detail and the book was a joy to listen and will be a valuable reference in my library.

A Great Introduction to Yoga Exercises

I have been interested in Yoga Exercises for a few years. I have even applied some of the Yoga Exercises book. However, learning and applying the concepts seemed very tedious. This book breaks down the concepts in a way that make them very easy to understand and remember. This allows me more time to actually apply Yoga. I am so glad I bought this book.

Great way to squeeze in some centering exercise!

I love the narrator's casual soothing style. These are so great for squeezing in some centering movement without having to set up a video. Basic knowledge of yoga is probably a good idea.

Increase Flexibility

Great beginner book that can carry you on into intermediate and advanced poses, so I expect to use it for years to come. Emphasis on safe performance, great step-by-step instructions. I especially like the audio format because I can execute poses by listening to the instructions.

Great one

It's really neat to see someone addressing the constant questions and standing up to say "This is the answer." Most books like this just list off a series of possibilities and confuse the listener even more. I like that it is written with spirit and a youthful flair

Super Relaxing

I've never done yoga before, and I don't feel self conscious with this. she explains everything really well to where I feel confident doing the poses, and her voice is so relaxing. It's my new favorite way to start my day!
