Very helpful with coping with my ADHD. It’s a very good advice in here. Thanks.

Audio book had good pacing and ideas but nothing groundbreaking. I enjoyed listening to it but didn’t leave with new tips I haven’t heard before.

Short and simple

Very short which is fine since it was free. The tips weren't bad but I think one of the chapters was repeated and the editor didn't take out a cough in the reading. Otherwise not bad.

Good tips in a short time

Poor quality audio, half of chapter 4 is a repeat of chapter 1 which was disappointing. There’s far more actionable advice, more entertaining/funny narration, and better research from “ADHD Is Awesome: A Guide to (Mostly) Thriving with ADHD” by Penn Holderness with contributions from his wife Kim Holderness.
