    Feb 8 2026

Larissa Conte (LinkedIn) and I spoke about the work she's been doing on power. We spoke about wattage. The notion that power is an experience not a thought. Larissas work with heart centered leaders was the backbone of this conversation. It is a primer to a different way of thinking about power as: the capacity to move energy through systems. This is a joyful, deep and hands on conversation that will give the listener not just food for thought but also a viseral experience of what power may feel like.
