For the Horde (spoiler free)

As someone who fell in love with the stories of Azeroth, I was even more taken by the story of the beginnings of the Horde.

If you’re new to Warcraft lore, this is an excellent starting point. Meet the characters who birthed the heroes we know today in the game and witness their choices, both good and evil, that lead toward what we see today in the game.

Brought life to the story of the horde

let me just say, wow. excellently written, spoken and acted. This reading truly brought me into draenor, right into the heart of the horde. I truly felt like a frost wolf orc looking at my doom. This reading brought life to my favorite game

A lot of fun

A good read, and was insightful into some backstory leading into Warcraft one, and the ending leading into the burning crusade.

It was nice to have some history to one of the world's greatest mmorpg's.

I only have one problem with is book....... The narrator is terrible!!!!! I mean, FUCKING terrible!!! it's hard to grip onto the action sequences with this boring woman's voice!

Awesome story.

The story was amazing. I have more respect for the orcs after listening to this. Christie Golden did well with the novel, but the narration was spotty at times. Overall, I enjoyed the whole thing, and would definitely recommend it.

I have to say this was amazing. I've been getting into all the audio books on warcraft and nearly flipped out in excitement. Not only have I been wanting to read this book but having Christie Golden read her own book was perfect.

I’ve become a fan not only of Ms. Golden’s Warcraft stories, but of her narration as well. She really brings the stories to life. The story itself has depth and character, pulls me into this world and leaves me clamoring for more. Well done.

Amazing book, poor narrator

Like the title says, the book is amazing, but with the main focus of the story being orcs that I associate with deep gruff voices, it felt a bit weird. Outside of the character voices, the narration is good.
