Excellent futuristic story line that borders on reality. My first time reading this author. Find her refreshing. Highly recommend this fictional of Alice Through the Looking Glass which encompasses much of humanity to include Black love and much human frailties.

The description on this book was very vague but I said lets try it and this turned out to be an EXCELLENT Read! I really enjoyed the story twist, the creativity, and the narration! Easily a fav! Its got its spicy moments but it doesn't just rely on them to fill the story and that made it even better to me, I need some content and it gave! Listened on Audible but will def be buying as a book trophy!!!!

Seasoned Hunger Games
I love a dystopian novel! I love a dystopian novel that includes a sexy romance even more! Ally as essentially black Katniss gave me everything I needed. I loved Ally and Maddox down! The Post apocalyptic version of The Heights & Blackwood was interesting. This was a fun, entertaining read with good pacing. I love an author that will switch it up just when you think you’ve figured out their formula. That is the Christina C. Jones! This book will become a comfort read for me, I highly recommend.

Unique! But still a love story
This story keeps you engaged for sure, because for the first few chapters, you’re thinking.. “wait what” lol. I also like the message of the story. Christina c Jones is one of the best writers and stories like this show it!

Not my normal jam But really enjoyed it
This post apocalyptic vibe isn’t something i normally gravitate to. The narrators along had me willing to give it a try and i was pleasantly surprised. Very interesting story and loved seeing Ali grow and develop as a character. Plot was really good and had me interested from start to finish .
