Story
The second novel in a hot new urban fantasy series. Fen is a half-werewolf who's lost her pack. All she wants is a home and an ordinary human life, which means seeking out the deadbeat mom who abandoned her a decade ago. Her journey takes her to a simple small town that's serene on the outside yet contains a rotten core of complicated danger. A stalker, a bomb threat, and a rogue shifter keep her hopping, but Fen's greatest struggle lies within her own heart.

Ember is a bloodling, a werewolf born in lupine rather than in human form. The wolf pup is the perfect blend of rainbows and chaos, bound to bring a smile to everyone's face. But Terra soon begins to wonder whether it's truly in Ember's best interests to raise her adopted daughter as a wolf. As a bloodling himself, her mate Wolfie adamantly opposes the idea of forcing a shift on their charge before her time. But when Wolfie is called away and Ember's sadistic biological father demands his daughter's return, Terra is faced with a difficult decision.

Meet Terra Wilder, a shiftless shifter uncomfortable in her own animal skin. Throw in a healthy helping of Wolfie Young, a bloodling alpha who's more wolf than man. Mix with a dash of Terra's controlling father and Wolfie's sadistic brother. Then fold in a heaping handful of unconventional outcasts. The result is a unique werewolf world that has been described as a "good choice for Patricia Briggs fans".

ENJOYABLE SAGA
I didnt want the book to end, l was really enjoying getting to know all those in this wolf pack and watching the relationships grow. It was a good sized book and really kept my attention. I am used to the narrator' and how she speaks, she suits these characters. Recommended.

Very enjoyable!
In here things are starting to change for Finn. There are some sheep killing on pack land and the council sent a wolf to help keep them in check. Hunter and Finn are strong together although other pack member are creating bonds as well. This is a nice third and final book in the series. A lot of things come to a breaking point. I did listen to this on audio. Angel Clark did a great job with this one as well.

An alpha's greatest challenge lies within... Oh wow...this book may be my favourite in the whole series. I was mesmerised right from the start and I did not want it to end at all. Wow. Speechless and awed by this author's talent. The narration was perfection. Excellent voice

Awesome!!
Aimee Easterling has done it again! This book is just as great as the first two. I have really enjoyed Fen, Hunter and their newly formed pack. Fen has really grown with each book and become a true alpha. I was excited to see Wolfie and Terra show up in this book. I love the bond Fen has formed with Lupe and that Lupe has finally chosen to be part of the pack. I hope she gets her own story one day. This is a wonderful world Aimee Easterling has built and these characters are so well developed. Her books are always full of twist, turns and plenty of suspense. Angel Clark did an awesome job with narration as always.

Great Series Ending Story!
Fen and her pack of misfits and bloodlings have finally found a place to call home. But first they must be accepted as a pack by all the other packs in the region. Complicating things even more is the fact that there is a killer leaving gruesome bodies, the town might outlaw large dogs, and the tribunal has sent an enforcer to live with them in the interim. All this is on top of Fen having issues with controlling her wolf. Fen has come a long way but she still has a few battles left to fight before everyone can get their HEA and things are not as they seem. Lots of action, suspense, and twists keep you engaged with the story as it unfolds. The narrator does a pretty good job giving the characters a voice and bringing this final story in the series to life.

Becoming Alpha
I enjoyed the conclusion to Fen’s quest. The story is fast paced and filled with action. I liked all the twists and surprises. Fen has grown so much since the start of her journey. She overcame many obstacles and oppositions, mated, re-established ties with an estranged parent, acquired a pack and found a home. Through it all though Fen has fought a constant battle within herself. Now, finally Fen has found her inner peace and discovered how truly strong she is. At last becoming the Alpha she was meant to be.

Amazing end to a wonderful series...
Wolf Landing is the third and final book in the Alpha Underground series and I am sad to see this exciting, action-packed series come to an end. The stories have all been imaginative and immensely entertaining and the endearing characters shall be sorely missed. In this fast-paced adventure, Fen, the main character, is plagued with more problems than ever as she tries to get her position as a legitimate alpha pack leader affirmed at the All-Pack meeting (think “high council of wolf shifters”). She and her mate, Hunter, are trying to provide an acknowledged territory in which their small group of rebels, outcasts, and misfits can all safely live in peace. Sadly, nothing is ever easy for Fen or Hunter. Their story makes for some truly enjoyable escapist reading. If a little vacation from reality seems enticing to you, do yourself a favor and read/listen to Wolf Landing. For that matter, be indulgent, get in on all 3 amazing adventures. I look forward to what Ms. Easterling offers her readers next. Angel Clark has served as the narrator for all three books in this trilogy. I don’t always agree with the pace of her reading (in some places it seems a bit slow to me) and I feel that she overemphasizes a lot of words (especially the words “I”, “me”, “my”…) but, overall, she does offer an enjoyable performance in each installment. While I did purchase this book, the author provided me with a free audiobook copy and I am voluntarily offering this honest review. If you find this review helpful, I thank you for so indicating.

Wow
Aimee Easterling writes a wonderful story that has a very unique world that doesn’t allow you to know where it’s going. You have to except the unexpected and marvel at how they got there. Fen, Hunter and crew grew through the series never doing what was expected but still managing to survive and reach their goals. I’m looking forward to lots and lots more in this world. I want to know everything about this world she has built.

Not as good as book 1&2
Though I enjoyed the story it was not as reviting as the first 2 books in this series. I really like this author alot but this story was not as good. I find this Narrator voice to high pitched and at parts am unable to understand what she is saying and have to rewind book 1-2 as to clearly hear what is being said.

Good as always, but a bit short changed at the end
As is my practice, I listened to this audio book during my daily commute, and it brightened up some rather dull November drives for a week and a half. As always, Aimee Easterling dives into the inner byplay between the characters and their inner wolves. We really feel they're dual-natured, not just people who happen to sprout fur every now and then. That does slow the narration down at times, but when the action happens it's fast and furious! I felt slightly short changed by the ending, in that at least one of the various threats the pack faced was dealt with out of sight of the main characters (already dispersed enough as they were was), meaning it was only reported to them secondhand afterwards. That rather cheated me out of experiencing the resolution of that particular plot line directly. That said, I'll definitely keep following this series!
