As usual, a great Hilderbrand book !!!

I love everything Hilderbrand writes. This one ends too soon, however. It's a cliffhanger and there's a lot left hanging. I couldn't believe it when it was over. Since this seems to be the first of the Paradise series, I guess the next one will answer some questions. But I have to wait for the next book. I hope she's busily churning it out!

Had me until end which leaves reader hanging With that lacking, not certain that I’d read again😢

Expected something more

This is a nice story, but reads more like a travel guide. I was expecting more mystery and maybe the next one will be faster. This was slow moving and easily predicted. Not worth a 2nd read.

pronunciation!

The story was well written. I would have rated higher, but having the narrator constantly say airs was annoying. I thought I heard it pronounced Aires at the beginning, but maybe not.

Story was ok, but I hated the ending. There was no closure and it left the story hanging
