Vaughn Drake hated high school, but not nearly as much as she hated Grant Honeywell. Not content to torment her in private, he made his ridicule public, humiliating Vaughn so deeply she never forgot--or forgave.Vaughn spent years tailoring her revenge, and now it's almost complete. But when she returns to Kentucky to deliver vengeance in person, she's unprepared for her attraction to Grant who hasn't changed a bit since they were seventeen. Too late, though, because the plan is quickly spiraling out of Vaughn's control. Now she and Grant are on a mad cross-country dash as Grant tries to convince Vaughn that she had it wrong all those years ago in high school. But for Vaughn to believe him, she'll not only have to admit she's wrong, she'll have to give up her hard-earned control and be free, allowing a Honeywell to show her what fun is all about. I really dislike the fact that the AI narration would put the emphasis on the wrong syllable of many words and the lack of emotion

I liked the two main characters: Vaughn and Grant and how their story came full circle. After writing her book and turning it into a movie it made Vaughn famous. It came with it's downfalls too. Constantly consumed by her weight, her writing, not wanting to see the people she knew from high school and avoiding Grant, who she thought hated her. She secretly kept her crush to herself so the years she was in highschool. Grant did the same thing, not knowing how to tell a girl her liked her. Six years later they are thrown together and learn what all went wrong.

The virtual voice doesn’t always use the right inflection. Nothing exciting happens, no drama or intrigue.
