Loved this audiobook, such a beautiful listen. Great story, loved the Australian setting, wildlife and narration. Highly recommended!!!

Good balance between characters

Enjoyable story line with a balance between the characters. Well read short story told excellently. Easy to follow.

Cute and Quick Listen

Quick, easy lesson with great voices and an interesting romantic storyline based on an island off the Australian Coast.

Fairly fun

The setting and wildlife touches are good. Our heroine is aggravating in that her anger about someone having a job she chose to leave is scarcely credible. It's one of f those worlds where everyone in a community is apparently invested in other people's relationships ('you're made for each other', etc) and dialogue is not believable. Narration a bit strange in places. it took me a few minutes to work out that our hero is meant to be English..

Bo is annoying

Love Adeline Knight's books, super relaxing. Bo was really really annoying. I really liked how nature information were intertwined within the story.

Loved it. Such an easy listen. Great narrations, great story line. Loved the characters as well.

I hate Bo with a passion

That’s it. She was a shitty person, Griffin deserved better. Otherwise, it paints a great picture on an island, that I would have never know existed if not for this book.

Excellent!

This has an excellent storyline. I loved the descriptions of the Australian coastline & island. & wildlife. The lead characters are well developed & believable. The narrators are also excellent!

Cute enough….

But the vocal frey on Bo’s narration was like fingernails on a chalkboard.
It distracted from the entire listen.

Lovely nature descriptions

There was a strange arrangement of reading methods - sometimes there were different actors for the different voices, which worked well. Other times the female main narrator did all the voices, but she didn’t differentiate so it was easy to lose track of who was speaking. This made no sense to go back and forth like that. Also, the narrator for Griffith sounded quite snobby, which didn’t match his character at all.
Another issue was that the scenes would cut very abruptly, like half the book was missing.
