I enjoyed getting to know the main characters...

J. Kenner created great characters and this was no different. I do hope to experience more without the he paid for something to begin the relationship more often with her other books.

Not so wicked

The voice of the narrator took away from the male characters so their dialogue was not as effective but the storyline was interesting.

It takes one resilient woman to heal a broken man.

Wicked Dirty is a lovely story about a broken man and a woman who refuses to get beat down by life.

Although, I enjoyed the storyline, there are a few issues that keep me from giving a 5 ⭐️ rating.
First, I didn’t feel the chemistry between the characters. Second, I don’t think the title covers the story. Third, I’m unsatisfied by what happens to the ‘bad guys’ (because I don’t know what happens with them!)

Performance by Paula Hoffman is good, but not great. I prefer dual reading and I don’t think she pulled off the male parts in the book.

I can't wait to listen the the rest of the story. J Kenner has got me going for 2 days now with this series!!! I love it!!!

ARC review

For honest lyle tarpin is a actor and is starting in blue zenith as m. Sterious .sugar laine needs money and working a lot of jobs just to pay off her family home that's all she has of them . So when her best friend has a way to make quick money she jumps in and meets lyle. Awesome and beautiful story.

Ok

Gotten really into this book. Then kept it waiting and waiting to come back and do some explanation also some more endept into the characters . But it was ok.

This narrator needs to read children's books

The story line is great, but you have to get past the narrator who often sounds like a prepubescent girl, and there is no differentiation between male and female parts, so it can be hard to follow.

A great story with a nice plot. I enjoyed the characters and will be looking for more by J Kenner.

Good read

Very well written story. Was very hard to put down, I listen to the whole book in one day.

Not my kind of book

Not too thrilled. A friend suggested it to me, but I am not really into these kind of books. I still tried to read it out of respect and to give it a try... I tried to get into the book more than once, I just couldn't. Please don't let my opinion sway you from attempting to read it if you like this author, or this genre. Happy Reading!
