Great Audiobook! Love how the author isn't just writing a book, she is writing all the great information from her own experience, she has lived it. She goes over everything Step-by Step from meditation, eating properly, mental and physical exercise. She teachers you how to change your mindset.

I have alreay learned so much from her. I love that she breaks down all the chapters at the end. I will be getting the paperback so I can highlight certain sections. If you want to change your life I suggest you get it....
