Another great entry in the series

Angel Crawford has become one of my favorite heroines in literature. This entry is a creative and satisfying addition to the White Trash Zombie universe, and allows Angel to be Angel, yet grow as well. All your favorite side characters make an appearance, and serve a purpose. Allison McLemore's performance is wonderful, as always. I hope that Diana Rowland never runs out of inspiration for this wonderful series!

I love everything about this series and this book is awesome! So imaginative! I love the story and the narrator!!!!!

bad ass Angel

This one was as good as the others in this series. It's nice to see Angel and her dad in a good relationship, caring for each other. Angel and her pet alligators! and Kristie fucking Cherish. by now, i'm pretty sure that's her middle name. but i love every time Angel says it. She's such a bad ass. Her and Mercy Thompson are my favorite urban fantasy heroines.
Allison MacLemore does such a great job reading these. if there's more, i'll listen to them too.

Best in the series

Far more cerebral and less action oriented than earlier volumes in the series, and generally better than all of the rest. if you only read the first and the last, that would be a fantastic experience.

And as a gator man, I was enthralled at the positivity of the alligator sub plot.
