I love these stores!
I love that these are stores that go beyond the first 3 books in the series. I will read every deep hollow book I can find. This author is a genius when it comes to character and story building in this series. The reader brings it all to life perfectly. Keep them coming!

Fun addition to the Pine Deep trilogy
This is a fun, quick addition to the Pine Deep trilogy, starting mobsters dealing with an emerging threat years after the Trouble. Has some good exposition covering what happened after the Trouble, and shows that the trouble isn’t quite over…

"You Don't F* With Family"
Another brilliantly clever, well-written short from Maberry coupled with the equally talented delivery from Porter. This particular short is nice because you don't need to have any prior background knowledge of the Pine Deep series. It is a short sweet horror mixed in with a little mob-like justice - to keep the peace in Pine Deep, so to speak. Loved it.

Loved it!
Great short story with (as always) excellent narration. Jonathan has such a great knack of getting the reader invested in characters very quickly. Then fully flushing out the story just a quickly. I love that. Well done.
