excellent narration compared to previous texts. much more natural and easy to take in because of this.

This is not a typical workbook.

Practical? Yes! Linear? No! This works on a different level than typical step by step.

I can see what can't be seen

I didn't relate to some of the info in the very beginning, but trusted that the book had some good info because of the way I came across it. glad I stuck with it, this book is a treasure beyond measure for one who can understand and practice the given exercises. By the end I started having interdimensional experiences.

until the very end of the book, I didn't realize it had the same premise of Nei Gong (内功) in the ancient Chinese practice of inner alchemy, a truly amazing book, giving you information usually only given to select few in Chinese and shaman "sects".
