Enjoyable

I won't disagree that this is not Nora Roberts' best but I always enjoy characters that overcome their circumstances. Narrator was not my favorite but not detracting either.

I love Nora Roberts for a reason. This book is wonderful and keeps you on your toes.

What does Peter Berkrot bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

He is one of my all time favorite readers. I always know when it's him that im in for a good listen.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Yes. I had to stop to get some sleep but first thing the next day it was back on till the finish.

Great mystery

Loved it!
Narrator needs some insight on women. How they sound, talk, attitude and moods. Everyone sounded old and conceited.

Best narrator!

The narrator of this book is amazing. He throws in laughs and emotion and just makes it real! Love it.

Classic Nora Roberts

A very good read/listen. I've listened to the audiobook several times and keep enjoying it. Like the twist at the end. Always look forward to a Nora Roberts book

Very entertaining

This story holds your attention and makes you smile. The characters are very relatable and the plot not too predictable.

it was an excellent book. Kept me intrigued the whole time.Would recommend this to any who likes mystery books.

My second listen

Luke Daniels is an excellent narrator. The characters are people you enjoy knowing. There's mystery, pirate's treasure and an evil murderer ready to strike again.
