Would you listen to Whiskey Beach again? Why?

Absolutely - I just really enjoyed the storyline and the characters.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Whiskey Beach?

It was a series of moments really - watching this interesting man regain his balance and re-engage in life. Just a sweet transformation.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Not necessarily - but it was one I enjoyed going back to. I definitely wanted to see what would happen next with this fun and interesting couple. Great story.

Just a really good feel good book! NR rocks again....

Best of the best...... Whiskey Beach

Whiskey Beach is the best of the best, as you know Nora Roberts. It started out very slow, but from reading many of Nora Roberts books, I know they start out slow and then you just cannot stop listening. I recommend this book for young adults on through whatever age you are. The reader was fantastic, I would listen to any book that he read. This is a must read book.

Kept you guessing until the end

Great mystery with a nice steamy romance! The only thing I didn't care for was the male reader making female voices. The voices didn't fit the characters very well.

I listened to it on fast just to get it over with. The characters weren't at all believable to me. Also, yeah, you figure out who done it pretty quick. I think Nora just fell off my auto buy list.

Good story line but got bogged down in love at the end. It got really repetitive and lost the intrege.

2nd Narrator is no better

Where does Whiskey Beach rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

Not good. I can't get through this version either. The new version with narrator Luke Daniels makes the main charactor, Eli sound like a gangster. His tone is rough and too dramatic. Eli is a successful criminal attorney, who should be a smooth talker and not cursing his ex-wife like some hoodlum. Don't know if this gets better, I can't get past the first few chapters. Again, I expect better from a Norah Roberts novel.

Great Storyline!

I feel this story was as romantic as most of Nora Roberts books! I appreciated the touch of mystery within the story.
