As powerful as you would expect

After completing a combination of listening and reading this accounting, I would like to personally thank Ms. Park and wish her and her family nothing but the absolute best. To perspective listener's I would only say this; if you have taken the time to look through the comments and reviews to help you decide if the book is worth the listen, it whole heartedly and absolutely is. Giving any more compliments would only cheapen the gravity of the content, and please see that for yourself.

Even better than her first book.

Written by someone new to our culture- this is not your typical book pointing out the craziness in the modern day United States. Park’s observations and analyses are truly unique and thought provoking. This is the first-hand story of the attempted brainwashing going on in U.S. universities and the ridiculous propaganda being shoved down our throats by an increasingly radical media. A must read!

Great book, horrible narrator

I enjoyed Yeonmi’s insight and story but the narrator was horrible. Her tone, inflection etc. was miserable

brilliant!

brilliant book. it doesn't have a lot of answers but inspires a lot of important to questions for everyone to think about. I hope that this book lead to good thinking good ideas and at the end good actions.

A true awakening of happens when you give all the power to government

Communism leads to bug consumption and cannibalism, Confiscation of personal property and the ability to protect yourself turns into rape and slavery.
