Harlow

I thought I knew the truth, but I didn’t. Secrets surround me. Every aspect of my life was a lie. The Bishop brothers are the only beacon of light in my dark world. They’re the only ones that can protect me, the only ones that truly care.

Finally, I have the leverage I need to escape my father’s clutches, to fight back. But when the truth comes out and the puzzle pieces of our pasts come together, I’m left wondering if there will ever be a future for the Bishop’s and me?

Banks

We couldn’t watch her marry a man she doesn’t love. We had to do something, even if it was drastic and completely reckless. Loving a Lockwood is forbidden, taboo, wrong in so many ways. But we don’t care about what our father or anyone else thinks. All we care about is Harlow.

She belongs with us, and we’ll do everything in our power to keep her safe, everything to free her from the hold her family has on her. To us she’s not just a Lockwood, and we're not Bishops stuck in the same vicious cycle of hate and love. We’ll get our happily ever after no matter the price.

When you love a listen

Book 3 and final book in the series. I can believe this outstanding series ended. This story will grab your heart and won’t let go till the end . The authors J. L. Beck, Cassandra Hallman wrote a gripping story , full of drama , mystery, determination and a love . This story picks up right where book 2 ended . You found out why the rivalry of the fathers started , why Shelby is after Harlow . Love the intense love Harlow has with her guys . . There is a lot more grab it and find out .

Meghan Kelly perfection was perfection. Meghan brought this story to life . Her voice and tone for each character was strong, you knew who each person is.

Storyline was decent...

The huge twist in the end was pretty good but it didn't really make up for all the frustrating parts in the book. (Which were a lot) I'll try NOT to spoil anything...One of the frustrating parts were at the hospital scene and am going to say, IT'S AGAINST THE LAW what happened and a lot of hospital staff would have intervened, even if their own lives were on the line. That really upset me, to the point I almost gave up on the book. Also, why didn't she change her emergency contact. The hospital doesn't need to notify anyone, even if you share the same health plan; unless you keep them on your emergency contact or unless then you have none, an then the hospital will have to notify the next of kin. Another thing that upset me was the fact about her birth control...please stop making people dumb, I knew off the bat what was going on; in that scene. Plus it seems more like the speaker of this book was being rushed into finishing the reading. You can hear the pages of the script or book being flipped over and other noises you wouldn't hear in the last two books in this series. The good parts, were obviously the twists I had stated earlier in this review and another was a small portions of the happy and exciting moments but sadly, they were only quite a few in between. In all 2 out of 5 stars.
