intriguing though somewhat predictable

the reader was, in general, excellent. I only gave her 4 stars because of the sketchy American accent. And the southern drawl sounded like a combination of Texas, Louisiana, and West Virginia. But I did enjoy the book.

Great Twists and turns!

I really enjoyed this story as it unwound itself. The narrator did a fabulous job of different voices also. I like the way the author built the story out of natural circumstance, into a bigger, thicker plot. Well done.

Completely “Mid” As My Kids Say

Solid 3. Not the worst, not the best. Just “Mid.” Probably wouldn’t recommend it because tomorrow, I will probably have forgotten the name.

Loved this Audiobook, couldn’t stop listening. Narrator was excellent. Highly recommend this gem of a book.

SO GOOD! but might be difficult for some.

I really enjoyed this book. It kept me interested and guessing the whole time. The writing is smart and the narration is perfect. Just wanted to put it out there that it may be upsetting for some readers/ listeners due to a sexual abuse sub-theme.
