This book spoke right to my heart! I love the journey she takes you on and it helps you really get to the heart of your desires and line them up with what God desires for you. I love how the book is filled with personal stories to relate to and how each chapter offers spiritual practices. It’s great for this busy mom who often disconnects from my feelings and desires in order to just get through the day. Taking time to engage with the spiritual practices has helped me so much already and I will continue to practice them! Also love so much that the book is read by the author. Makes it so much better!

Eye opening

I felt like this book spoke right to my mama heart. Life can get so busy and it’s hard to check in with yourself and see how you are actually feeling. Alyssa’s book put words to the emotions in my life and helped me understand how to move forward with Jesus and in community.
