Having unfortunately gone through this recently, I can confirm the tips in this book are solid. My only gripe is the AI narrator, but for AI, it’s not bad.

As someone who has survived breast cancer, I found the content helpful and could be valuable to somebody earlier along in their journey. But the virtual voice is heinous! It was impossible to listen to this for more than a few minutes at a time.
