Not my usual listen

I’m going to start out by saying this is not my usual taste in books. Slow burn and love triangles are not normally my thing but my friends raved about it so decided to give it a try. I will say I got so angry at the main character that I put it down and ignored it for almost 3 years than got a job a good 30 minutes from home and I thought hey I’ll pick it up and push play again and just listen. My goodness I’m glad I did. Yes that scene happened again and I was tapping my steering wheel angry but everything shifted shortly after. That’s what you want in a book though yes? To get so wrapped up in the characters and details that you want to wring their little necks and shake them? The detailing and world building is top notch if this is your cup of tea you will definitely enjoy the story and the lady narrator did such a fantastic job putting a voice to the characters.

Heartbreaking but beautiful

This story was so fantastic, I couldn’t put it down. The love story resonates and is both beautiful and heartbreaking.

I was given the opportunity to be an ARC of the audiobook. I was invested from the start. Brighton is not perfect and at times I found myself not being fond of her as the main character. By the end I came to like her. Cain was great, charming, and sincere. “We’d Know by Then” is a story that will have you thinking about life, soulmates, wasted time and also might make you cry.

An amazing journey

This was my first audio book in a long while, so I was unsure how I would like it. I really enjoyed the narration of this one! She did a great job. As for the story....wow. It was a wonderful world to be in the last week, it had me on a roller-coaster of emotions. The way I cried!!!! At work!!! And the ending 💝 I would listen again. Solid 10/10

Cain is literally my comfort character and has been from the moment I read them, then listened!
Be prepared. This story may steal your heart, tears, but give you hope!
