Publisher's summary

Four high school seniors put their hopes, hearts, and humanity on the line as an asteroid hurtles toward Earth in this contemporary novel.

They always say that high school is the best time of your life.

Peter, the star basketball player at his school, is worried "they" might actually be right. Meanwhile Eliza can't wait to escape Seattle - and her reputation - and perfect-on-paper Anita wonders if admission to Princeton is worth the price of abandoning her real dreams. Andy, for his part, doesn't understand all the fuss about college and career - the future can wait.

Or can it? Because it turns out the future is hurtling through space with the potential to wipe out life on Earth. As these four seniors - along with the rest of the planet - wait to see what damage an asteroid will cause, they must abandon all thoughts of the future and decide how they're going to spend what remains of the present.

AMAZING

This entire book was playing with my emotions like tug-a-war. I couldn't put it down. I was crying so much on the road trip while reading this my aunt got me Starbucks to try and make me happy.

Great story, fun characters!!

Would you consider the audio edition of We All Looked Up to be better than the print version?

I LOVE this book, in all forms. I read the hardcover in a couple days and felt like I wanted to experience the characters again-- so I had to have the audio version!!

Wonderful book!!

This book definitely reminds me of a young adult reimagining of Stephen King's The Stand. The characters are vibrant, and the prose is expertly written.

Ending

The ending is frustrating but I did really like the story as a whole. Relatable characters and a good use of modern language... not in a cringey way.

Good Read

This book was hard to get into at first. I started it about three times before pushing myself to stick with it. after the first few chapters, I actually got really into it and finished within two days. I got the characters mixed up a couple of times, but as long as you pay attention you can connect the dots.

Awful

I kept going, waiting for something meaningful to happen, be it plot or character related. After I was 2/3 of the way through, I was just hoping the meteor would hurry up and wipe these navel gazing narcissists out. If you are going to be this unrealistic, at least use that freedom to make it interesting.

Ending left a lot to be desired

Amazing story line good build up only to be left with a lacking ending. character development was good though some storylines were left unfinished

Really Good Book

I really liked the book, but (minor spoiler) when a character dies in the end, it's kind of brushed aside like it doesn't matter. Good story and characters though
