You gotta listen! Highly recommend!!!
I was a little skeptical at first - New author, new book. But let me tell you - this story had me hooked from the beginning. A little sci-fi, a bit of fantasy and at times just enough comedy to perfectly round it out. Rose was brilliant at developing each of her characters to a great extent (I don’t say completely only because I’m hoping I might encounter them again - What do you say, Rose?), helping the reader or listener follow the main storyline of Mitchi and her amazing yet mysterious journey, and then brilliantly bringing everything together by book’s end. I’m not going to give anything away. You need to read or better yet, LISTEN, this narrator is wonderful! She’s got the perfect voice - she gives each character their own special personality. Thank you, Skye!
It’s a heck of a ride and I highly recommend it if you want to be sucked into a story that keeps you wondering what’s going to happen next and to whom! Like I said, no spoilers, but that mom of Mitchi’s!!! Wow. Thank you Rose for a terrific read.
