Publisher's summary

For years, Rex Mirza has been controlling every aspect of his twin brother’s life. Using the fact that Tavi is a magicless witch - a mere human - in a family of powerful witches, he has justified every harsh treatment. All of it is only for Tavi’s own good, of course. How could a human possibly know what was best for him?

When Tavi gets the chance to turn the tables on his brother, will he take it? Or will he take the punishment Rex says is due for trying to run away?

This is a dark taboo tale that contains several kinks that may offend or trigger some listeners, including (but not limited to) age play, ABDL, and humiliation. Not every dynamic or element is 100 percent consensual.

Want...

Ok… So, I personally found this book fascinating.
But it definitely won’t be for all people. Or even the majority of people, it will push some to the edge or further from their comfort zones. But I do think that even if your not sure about this one, you should still give this book a chance. It might just open your eyes a little and you might, maybe just find you like it. It’s a deliciously dark, sinfully dirty, hot taboo and kink infused story. There are just so many dimensions to what we get described and outlined to us in this book. With the dystopian theme of a world where witches, vampires and werewolf’s rule over the humans. We get Twins that are so very similar in most ways but are still completely different in their thoughts feelings and actions. And we get some taboo/kinky ABDL and captive type scenes between the two men that are really well written as well.

Tavi has been a captive human slave to his witch brother Rex for years since he learned that he was not given the gift of magic. When Tavi is able to overthrow Rex and make him the prisoner instead the book takes a turn for the interesting. We get some ABDL themed scenes and some slight twincest which I am assuming we will see a lot more of in the next few books. But Tavi is determined to make Rex his, no matter how hard it is to keep from feeling guilty about his feelings and from keeping the truth of what he is doing hidden from the outside world..

I love how the author gives us just the perfect amount of information, not giving away the whole story and too many details while at the same time leading us into the next book (since this will be a Trilogy = 3 books). This was a fantastic start to this trilogy and I really look forward to seeing where this leads us in the next book.

Audio – I really liked the narration for this one. Kenneth always seems to know how to give us the perfect tones for each of the characters (even twins) & their personalities, blending them well with whatever scenes and events that are happening in the storyline at the time. Flawless performance for this book, well done..

This is not a completed book.

This was incredibly boring.

I'm open minded to all the 'taboo' stuff this book touched on.
Honestly none of it had any build up or felt taboo or naughty because it just didn't come off naturally, believable and there just wasn't enough details to about the characters, their background or the world to get attached to what was going on.

The sexy moments were fun but just doesn't pay off when you get consistently bored and detached.

This doesn't feel like a fully realized book either, its extremely upsetting because it just ends abruptly. It's not even a cliffhanger because it doesn't read like a cliffhanger either. It legit just feels like a book just wasn't finished and is missing the remaining chapters.

Amazing

I was intrigued by the story and cannot wait to get the second one when it comes out. The narrator captured the essence of the story just right.

I loved the audio version even more than the eBook

Want is an amazing story. I read the eBook when it was first released and didn't think I will discover any new aspects of this story in an audio format. But for me listening to the audio was even better then reading an eBook, the narration by Kenneth Obi is great and brought new dimension to Rex and Tavi. I loved this book and highly recommend it for anyone who enjoys well written dark romance stories with witches, magic, great world building and character development.

Revenge with ageplay

Well this was a real kinky one! Dark, taboo forced ageplay, so good! I loved the revenge and that the bad twin got punished properly.

very good!

The story sucked me in and wouldn't let me go! The voice work was so well done that without hearing the name I knew which character was speaking.

Dark and Delicious

I wasn't sure what to think of Rex and Tavi, how could one person imprison another person and "force" them to be a little. The more the book went on, and the more back story that opened up the more I loved it. Rex gets exactly what he deserves, and even better what he wants. Excellent story. Kenneth Obi once again rocked my book world brining a great book to life.

Good start to the trilogy

The story was good and I'm ready to listen to the rest of the trilogy! Minus one star for excessive internal dialogue. In a real conversation, they would just stare at each other for a few minutes while they thought all their thoughts before the next line of dialogue is spoken. It's a pet peeve of mine and takes me out of the story.

Hard to review and rate, this is just the start

This is the first book in a dark, DARK story. Very well written thriller so far and it is difficult to take a break from it.
But this book ends in the middle of the story. So I need the rest before I can say what I actually think. But I really want to continue to know what happens and that sais at least something.

Kenneth Obi does the best job natrating this!

as great as the ebook

The story is always full stars, because if I wouldn't like the story as ebook, I wouldn't listen to the audiobook.

The performance from the narrator is also very important for me. I can't listen to a lot, because my English as a non-native-speaker isn't so perfect to follow a whole story over hours, when the narrator speaks too fast or too sloppy. Normally I have to SEE the person, who is talking to me in English. Kenneth Obi is one of the top 5 narrators (so far) for me, I can listen without break and have no problems to follow. I'm just not yet finish with the book, but I listen enough to give a review.

PLEASE READ MY RATING SYSTEM!!!

To my ratings:

5* - very very good
it's like an A+

4* - very good and will be often re-listening
it's like an A

3* - it's more then a one-time-listening.
it's like a B

Short listen Kenneth Obi performs well. Tavi and Rex are the twins the book is over a short time and I hope to have more insight into their relationship

Wow the narration really made this book great

Really enjoyable story. Made brilliant by the talent of Kenneth Obi. Did not read the book prior to listening to the audio.

I have listened to a number of audios narrated by Kenneth Obi and I think this might be his best for the use of voices and the sound effects. He made me literally jump at one point and his voice for Desi was brilliant.

This is a dark taboo book, with non con ABDL. I have only ever read sweet ABDL and wasn’t sure if I would like non con, but surprisingly I did.

Tavi is a human born into a family of witches and is “cared” for by his witch brother Rex, however Tavi takes his revenge on Rex and there the story starts.

Can not wait till the next book in the series comes out on audio. Of to read the book as I want to know what happens next.
