excellent info, just right details, not too wordy

Excellent source of information. It is cut and dry. No wasted time and fluff or frills. To the point.

Just OK

Hard to listen to. Good information, but I think the audio would be better delivered by a seasoned audiobook narrator who can give it some personality.

Practical, sensical and hands-on

Robert Plank knows how to present the information in a plain, entertaining and formative manner. The format of the book and the way he presents the information are an example of what to do. I learned a lot from this book, and I am currently applying what I learned, and I know that I will be listening to it to refresh and keep in mind his ideas.

it's Ok.

didn't love it. difficult to listen to - needs a speech coach. content was ok - def. the 99¢ version - but does have some value - and some is always better than none.

Everything I’ve been searching for

Everything thing I have been searching for, and a structure I can apply to my own business. Been seeking some sort of structure to do where I would feel a bit more confident in my work. This is the formula I needed. Thank you!

Good Information but…

The information provided by Robert Plank seemed good, but this is the third audiobook I have tried to listen to where he was the narrator and could not finish. I find his narration to be very slow and robotic. To me this distracts from the information being presented. I noticed that other reviewers have enjoyed his narration so maybe it is just me. I received this audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.
