Absolutely Loved This Book!

This book has it all! Adventure, magic, imagination. It totally took me away into a different world and kept me enthalled the entire time! I can't wait until book 2 comes out in March! I hope there are many books in this series!

Overall great.

So I wanna start off by saying I very nearly loved this book, the story was great, the characters though we only spend time with a scant few are great, the worldbuilding is great and the magic is great, I’ve always had a soft spot for anything moon related and Yoru is just amazing. I’m also a Tenri fan, he’s just a great guy.

I think this story struggles a bit in two areas which brought it down to a four, there are some lines that seem like they don’t quite belong/are unfinished which isn’t too too bad, honestly my biggest gripe isn’t really with the writing but with the audio production. Some lines repeat, there’s some odd paused in the middle of sentences/dialogue that is very noticeable at 1.3 and some of the voices have a bit of an echoey quality to them, not a deal breaker just very noticeable issues that should be cleaned up a bit.

Overall a very strong four, I’m loving it despite my few issues and will immediately be moving onto book 2z
