Celebrity Drama and Mean Girl Baiting

I adore this series and am a big fan of Deanna's but this volume was not my fav. This happens in her other series and this is totally coming down to personal preference. I am very tired of the theme of celebrities coming and the drama of paparazzi, as well as all the forced conflict from over the top baiting and misunderstandings that could be resolved in under a minute with a phone call or text. These stories that hinge on the plot progression via these themes just are not as engaging for me and had even made me groan in the final chapter of the last volume that set up this book. I found the main characters to seem immature and not as fleshed out as the secondary characters (Levi/Silas, Georgia, almost any of the other women from the series). Again some might love this style of story but it felt more forced and less entertaining, much less humor than the last story and a good portion of this volume delves into the stories of cursory characters, their past, and their struggles. This was again the lightening quick despite my previous behavior with you we are 100% on board full steam ahead love story which although funny and easy to look over in other volumes because of how engaging the rest of the story was here felt cringe worthy. However, I was thrilled to get to the final chapter with a very unceremonious drop of Grayson and Amelia (side note Rex is Amelia's brother and the main character in the other series Witches of Christmas Grove bool one if you want the cross over), and into the prep for book 11 featuring Georgia and Logan. In terms of Grayson and Amelia their last chapter together didn't even feel really resolved just kind of left is a hurried "everything is fine", but Georgia and Logan already had me laughing more in their small chapter than I did the rest of the book. Gabra always does a great job and could tell she was trying to expand her portfolio of voices which always impresses me. Again some folks might adore this style but having really loved Wanda's volume this one I just could never get into and was glad to have finished it.

When is enough?

Ok, I admit it, I'm hooked! Fourth time around with this series and I still love it! I really enjoy a good series.
Usually I wouldn't go towards a series super long. This one is like calling on family and friends who you can live with and leave for awhile and then go back whenever you want to visit.

And you can meet up with them in other series. It's awesome. I really recommend this series to anyone, I have shared this several times!

Thanks again and again and again!!!!

I love Witch stories!

I love this series from Deanna Chase .. well actually I enjoy quite a few series from Deanna Chase.. (looking at you Premonition Pointe.) The witches from Keating Hollow are just fantastic, they are great friends and witches. I love how the characters are so.. flawed isn't the right word.. but they have the same concerns that everyone has. They are not perfect. I really enjoyed Amelia and Greyson's story and I felt Gabra Zackman is great at giving these characters a voice beyond the one in my head! I cannot wait until the next story!!

Learning to Trust Again

Amelia Holliday moved to Keating Hollow to escape her past in New York City. Then she found out she was carrying the child of the man she loves, and from whose memory she was running.

Grayson Riley screwed up big time. He left the only girl he had truly loved in a really long time to clean up the mess of his best friend (and ex-girlfriend). He had to find Amelia and make things right. Both have a past that haunts their future.

Both ended up in the magical place called Keating Hollow, where magic makes everything possible, including healing from the past. Amelia and Grayson both have abandonment issues and will need to work together to make their little family work.

Another excellent entry in the Witches of Keating Hollow anthology. I enjoy just about every minute I spend in this magical fictional town.

Vision of the Witch

Another great novel by Deanna Chase & excellent narration by Gabra Zackman!!
Amelia is pregnant & alone. Looking for a new beginning for her & her child, Amelia takes a job in Keating Hollow as a fire witch. The last person she expects to find there is Greyson! He walked out on her & now he shows up here.
A great story to listen to!!

Keating hollow is just what we need.

I loved this story...the plot didn't follow directly to the boy gets girl, boy loses girl storyline. There were ups and downs and heartfelt, real moments as two characters learn to accept each other and their lives.

Love Keating Hollow

I love this series! Amelia and Greyson's story was great. I love the characters and their back stories. I also like that we see more of what have been side characters in previous books. The narrator is great. She makes it so easy to listen and hard to stop. I look forward to the next book.

This witching will grab your heart

Wow book 10 in the series . Deanna always grabs your heart and also your mind with all her stories. Both the heroine , Amelia and the hero , Grayson are perfect for each other. Amelia Is a fire witch and Grayson is a spirit witch , he sees visions . They both balance each other out. I also like that Deanna threw in 2 characters that are a couple, Silas and Levi . Hope they have a story also .
Amelia is pregnant with Grayson child , he leaves but not why Amelia thinks. Grayson is hiding something from Amelia but he has no choice. What happens when Amelia tells Grayson that she is pregnant, how does he act. Does he stay or run again

Gabra Zackman Performance was fantastic. It was like her performance brought me into the town right beside the characters

Fantastic PNR

Second chance romance, with a dash of movie star drama. I absolutely love Keeting Hollow and the amazing characters. The emotions and close friendships and different family dynamics just make each book so enjoyable.

Sweet romance!

Amelia and Grayson are back with a surprise. The chemistry is sizzling between the two former lovers but an unexpected drop in threatens the tenuous relationship. The characters are believable and likable. The narrator did a great job with providing unique voices for each character and appropriate tone inflections for each scene.
