Victim of a delusional mind

This was a good story. The creepy vibe was a bit over the top,but the narrator,Dave Scott, did a decent job of making it sound real. I was given this book free for an honest review.

Gripping Story

This murder mystery is fast paced, gripping, and spell-binding. I really enjoyed listening to this story delivered well by David Scott. This was my first time listening to both author and narrator. I highly recommend this book if mysteries are your jam.

compelling

Troy and Eva were tremendous friends with unflagging tenacity. Jasmine started a chain of events that ended with epic catastrophic effects!
I applaud Jasmine for her strength and fortitude. Thus was an intense, gripping thriller I enjoyed and recommend. I voluntarily listened to a free copy of this and am giving an honest opinion. The narrator did a great job bringing it to life.

When revenge goes wrong…

Great story! Troy and Eva are splitting their time between their Bed & Breakfast on the coast and their PI business in Portland. When a guest at the B&B mentions that she was the key witness in putting away a drug kingpin, they don’t pay much attention to it…until the guest is kidnapped! Then Troy and Eva put their skills to work to help the police find Jasmine before a vengeful killer fulfills his mission of revenge.

A haunting journey of survival

Received an audio review copy from the narrator David Scott, this is an honest review. David Scott absolutely delivers a brilliant and bone chilling performance as he elevates this already deeply disturbing, gritty novel and takes them story to eleven. Ross Conrad lost ten years of his life to prison, all do to brave woman named Jasmine capturing evidence of his drug dealings. Now he's earning his freedom and could better his life and leave behind his past illegal activities. But they only thing that sustained Ross all that time is has deep desire to not only gets revenge upon Jasmine but that of woman named Laura, Ross's wife that.moved on to find a life that makes her happy. Driven by his obsession of personal justice, Ross achieves with the aid of his brother and a fellow illegal cohort; the abduction of both women. When a tragic twist claims Laura's life, Ross turns his abusive mindset against Jasmine, viciously taunting she'll soon be heading to her resting place. What Ross never counted upon was Jasmine's fiery determination to fight back and rick everything for even a slim shot at freedom. Her cat and mouse game provides the best of window of time for the private investigators Troy and Eva Winters to rescue Jasmine from the dense woods as a deeply troubled madman stalks his prey.

Definitely highly recommended.

Tense, engrossing and entertaining!

Recently released from prison and possibly psychotic, Ross Conrad is on a mission.. and that mission involves settling some scores. When someone they care about becomes endangered, private investigators Troy and Eva Winters make stopping Ross THEIR mission! Tense, engrossing and terrifyingly entertaining, “Victim of a Delusional Mind” not only held my interest, THIS nail biting, tension filled plot kept me on the edge of my seat, hoping for characters I came to care about, AND had me cheering for their ingenuity! No spoilers, I’m not giving up the goods, but you can rest assured going in that this story flows beautifully, the plot makes sense, AND all your questions be answered in due time! I loved, and really came to care about the main characters! As for the others, what a diverse variety of personalities! Some I liked, some I despised, BUT as with the main characters, all so perfectly drawn and beautifully defined that you will understand what makes them tick! The narration bringing this story to life was fantastic! Beautifully, distinctly, and emotionally voiced, it was easy to keep everyone straight, easy to follow the story, and easy to lose myself in this fantastic listen! I loved it and look forward to more! Five Stars!
