They soon discover she isn't the only one unaccounted for in the area and the closer they get to the answers that will lead to Beth, the more dangerous it becomes.

Thrown into the volatile situation are the personal struggles of Nick and Hope. Nick, suffering from PTSD, is a powder keg ready to explode. Hope, facing her own demons, is his lifeline to sanity. She has to convince him he needs help or their whole world might come crashing down. Nick is a proud Ranger though. Admitting his weakness could destroy the respect and trust of the men who depend on him. It's not a risk he's willing to take.

VENGEANCE

This is a great series. This book is as good as the first four. Nick and Hope is the main characters. I liked the family closeness and small town atmosphere. Nick's sister Beth is missing. Nick has PTSD. He overacts sometimes and Hope has to keep him straight. I didn't like the sheriff. I felt bad for Nick sometimes but sometimes he could of helped himself more. They find alot more then they imagined while looking for his sister (Beth). Everyone is not what they seem. I cant say enough good about this book and series. Hope and Nick are both in the military. Hope is a helicopter pilot while her husband is a sharpshooter in the Army Rangers. They go home because Nicks sister is missing and both must face themselves.

A really good story about how God remains faithful!

Great narration & Series

Great Series, the effects of being in the army for Nick he is like a keg of dynamite with PTSD. With Hope the childhood struggles she has yet trying to get Nick to get some help. If that’s not enough a loved one is now missing. A story of faith in God, and the men will still have trust in him, realizing his strength comes from God. Great narration by Lenore Woodworth added to this good series. Given audio for my voluntary review
