not much about the vagus nerve more about healthy

narrator repeated themselves a lot within the same sentence. not al lot about the vagus nerve. There was some decent information about healthy living and stress reduction in general but I was looking for more information directed directly towards the Vagus nerve, considering this book is called Vegus Nerve
