Publisher's Summary

Fix your vagus nerve with natural methods, and boost your health immediately!

Have you ever wondered why chronic diseases are so common nowadays? Achy joints, digestive problems, obesity, chronic fatigue, depression, anxiety - could it be that all these diseases share a common cause?

Let’s talk about your vagus nerve, a large branching nerve that connects your brain to all of your major organs. It transmits information in both directions, so both your brain’s orders and your organs’ reports to the brain go through the vagus nerve.

The vagus nerve is responsible for calming you down after a stressful situation, controlling the inflammation levels in your body, regulating your digestion, and much more.

As you see, a lot can go wrong in your body if the vagus nerve is somehow blocked or not active enough. This is why the polyvagal theory teaches that stimulating your vagus nerve can greatly improve your health. In scientific experiments, the vagus nerve is usually stimulated with electricity, but there is a variety of natural methods that you can try.

This audiobook will teach you how to fix your vagus nerve and restore your health.

Here’s what you’ll learn:

  • The link between your vagus nerve and your health, both physical and mental
  • The surprising causes of vagus nerve damage
  • Exercises and other natural methods that will stimulate your vagus nerve
  • Strategies to heal specific diseases with different types of vagus nerve stimulation
  • And much more!

As your vagus nerve returns to full functionality, you’ll see your overall health improve greatly. You’ll experience a great energy boost, your chronic pains will go away, you’ll lose weight, and your stress levels will be greatly reduced.

Are you ready to take your first step toward perfect health?

Misleading title

This book... sometimes post-doctoral writing, sometimes 5 th grade, repeats itself over and over and is mostly an ad for getting a vagu nerve implant. Don’t bother.

Unbearable

I couldn't handle it. Just a bunch of technical mumble jumble. Narrator was monotone and robotic.

not practical

only one chapter that offers practical advice for the average reader. the rest of the book is a bunch of scientific and medical jargon that will fly right over the average person's head. not what I was expecting, as I was expecting more practices I can incorporate into my daily routines to help me feel healthier.

Full of medical / scientific terms

Unfortunately whilst I’m sure the book has lots of interesting information to impart, there are just so many medical / scientific terms that I have never heard of, which means I can’t make sense of a lot of what’s being said so I’ve given up on finishing it.
If you’re part of the medical/ scientific community then this may be a great book for you, but if you’re not then I wouldn’t recommend it.
