Nice surprise as it has it was recommended as well. This book makes the whole process so intimidating. Already started working on it. Some of the poses are going to take me a while to get the flexibility to do but I hope I can get there.

amazing insight


I love the straightforward language and instructions in this book. It gives step-by-step directions for making change, and doesn’t go off on tangents that have no practical value. The chapter on overcoming limiting beliefs, the first one in the book, sets the tone. This is amazing insight

The author provides easy to follow strategies to transform our perspective and improve our quality of life. I really enjoyed reading this book and the simplicity of the tools provided to have more discipline and follow through so we can achieve our goals and dreams. I loved this book for the fact that it didn't just tell me HOW to get better, but it told me the reasons behind so much of my fears and behaviors. I can face things so much easier when I understand them, and also, it makes me feel like I'm not such a freak
