Wonderful Christmas story!
Hold on to your Christmas stockings! This story is chock full of Christmas cheer and holiday magic. Max is definitely up to “snow good” as he tries to help his brother Tee and his best friend and brother’s fiancé George have a memorable anniversary trip. He really does mean well but he is sometimes a little oblivious to reality and his surroundings. Luca is stressed out of his mind at his chocolate shop and the clueless customer manages to push all of his buttons. These two have some major chemistry and take a chance on a holiday fling that could be more. These characters were so amazing. I loved it so much. I felt like I was curled up in my favorite chair with a cup of hot chocolate and lots of whip cream. Max reminds me of a golden retriever, all eager and happy and full of energy. These guys were sugar and a whole lot of spice. ❤️🔥🔥❤️ This book made me crave gourmet chocolate! Amazing and all the stars!! And Dan Calley does such a great job with his narration. He really brought these guys to life for me, even more than they already were in my head.

A great easy to listen to book
This is a very easy-to-listen, low angst meet a cutie and have a relationship type of book.
Well to do Max, who sometimes think everyone should do everything he asks/demands, isn't sure how to react to someone who says NO to him. What follows is a fun, Christmassy romance between Max and shop owner Luca. It's a bit Insta-Love, but it's a good read.
Exceptionally well narrated by Dan Calley, as usual. I did speed up the narration to 1.20 on audible, which is my norm. Well worth a listen.

Lots of chocolate sweetness!
Dan Calley gives a terrific performance in this audiobook and brings all the characters to life and makes them all easily distinguishable from each other.
Circumstances have the sweet and full of sunshine Max coming into the orbit of Luca, the over stressed brilliant chocolatier. After a less then perfect first meeting they get to know each other when Max assists at the extremely busy chocolaterie. Their whirlwind romance has plenty of steam, minimal angst and when these two wonderful men finally have a discussion about the future, a beautiful HEA.
This is very easy to listen to and is an enjoyable Christmas romance that heavily features chocolate!

I loved Max and his golden retriever energy, I loved Luca and his chocolate (hey, I’m Italian, I’m entitled to be a bit patriotic), I loved the sweetness, the fun, the steaminess, and the perfectly cosy Christmas atmosphere of the French Alps!
And of course, I always love Charlie Novak’s writing!
Up To Snow Good is an almost insta-love Christmas story, as in Max and Luca meet and fall in love in less than a week, but it somehow makes sense in the perfect holiday magic!
