Have you been following along with the Treasure Hunter Security Series? If not, get on it!! Stella Bloom does another superb job bringing Anna Hackett's character to life and really pulling you right into all the action goodness, fun bantar, and smexy times. Loved Hale and Elin, and can't wait to listen to Unmapped (#6) when that's released.

Anna Hackett is an extremely talented writer and Stella Bloom does a very good job of bringing this book to life. I took off "one-half star" because, I felt the editing of the recording was a bit off at times-- mostly not leaving enough space. Overall, this book is amazing and Ms. Bloom's interpretation amazed me with her many different voices and accents.

Love the story and love the narrator. Super fast listen. Stella Bloom does an awesome job on each of the characters voices so there was no confusing parts about who was talking.

Is there anything that Anne Hackett writes that I won’t like?! Loved all the action and sexy scenes. I need Hale Carter in my life too

Riveting action & danger packed romantic suspense

Riveting action and danger packed romantic suspense with harrowing edge of your seat moments as Hale and Elin risk their lives going undercover with Silk Road. They must fight their sizzling attraction as well as the scrutiny of the bad guys, and hope backup arrives in time as the danger encroaches as they fight for survival. I loved how Hale was impressed by Elin's abilities and learned to trust in them, and they're both very protective of the other. Another Treasure Hunter ex SEAL falls hard for his perfect match. Stella Bloom performs awesome narration of the story

An exciting entry in the Treasure Hunter Security world!

Hale Carter works for Treasure Hunter Security and Elin Alexander is an FBI agent. They have a mission in the Kalahari Desert in Africa, and Hale is there to provide backup for Elin, who has been working undercover for Silk Road. She’s infiltrated their ranks and wants to stop them for good. Years ago, they killed her mother, and she’s been trying to stop them ever since. Hale is fighting demons of his own, since he was captured and his SEAL team was killed, leaving him as the only survivor.

They start this mission and slowly figure out what they are hunting for, as it’s all been secret until now. There’s plenty of action of the dangerous variety as well as of the sexy variety. Hale and Elin are attracted to each other, but have to learn to trust each other as well...especially after they get in a very dangerous situation. Things eventually work out, but not before both protagonists get tested severely.

The tension is thick in this one, and the action moves along at a fast pace. The recording is clear and well done for the most part, but there is some difficulty accepting and believing in the voice of Hale. Once the listener gets past that, the story flows well and is very enjoyable.

Great Action Adventure novel

This series is a “reread” & great for decompressing while working outside or multitasking. Bloom keeps the light & fun tone of the series - so Yay. I plan on purchasing the nxt audio.

Never disappointed by Anna Hackett

I honestly don’t know if I can think of a more consistent author. And while her books are formulaic in a good way, they really never run together like some series. And all her series are great. This one is no different. If I’m ever in need of an afternoon of sexy escapist romantic adventures, I will choose Anna Hackett every time bc she *never* lets me down. I hope she turns these out forever. I like Stella Bloom’s narration a lot. She does a great job!

Elin knows first hand how dangerous the black-market antiquities ring, Silk Road is. She goes undercover with the charming and sexy Hale from Treasure Hunter Security. When they work together to find King Solomon’s treasure and bring down this deadly organization, things heat up between Elin and Hale in the Kalahari Desert! Hale and Elin are smart and tough, and I love how they trust each other's strengths and abilities. Hackett continues to take my breath away with her short but captivating stories.
I love Stella Bloom's fabulous narration. Her energy and swift pace fits the story and keeps it moving as she delivers all the excitement, emotion, wit, and steam perfectly.
I just can't get enough of the thrilling, and steamy Treasure Hunter Security series and I can't wait to listen to the next book!
