Second book in the series
I was drawn to this book solely due to the mermaid plot, so I did listen out of order. I really liked the story overall! And I found it okay to listen to this book without knowing what happened in the first one, but I could tell there are some things I’ve missed, so I did get the first book and will start again from the beginning. Anyways, I loved the characters and the cover art is beautiful. I found it interesting that they didn’t have their siren powers from birth, but that it came upon their 12th birthday. Fun storyline, definitely worth the listen/read!
