Great book based on data and very inspiring
After listening to this book I felt great relief and my anxiety lowered from 9 to 2. I think that’s because I embraced my true self and realized that I’m not delusional: I’m just really not like people surrounding me. And my anxiety is not irrational, world is just not very friendly to me.

Helped me A LOT!
Ok, so I really loved this book. It has gender, social and ethnic perspective, which i think is so important to consider all the time. Reading this book felt like a friendly hug to me.
