Great HEA

This is the second book I've read/listened to by Alyne Hart as I was finishing the duet. I loved how she wrote what felt like could be authentic emotions in the relationship although my heart was hurting so much for them.

Isabella Starr is a good narrator. I enjoyed listening to her and felt like she did great with the male and female voices. Great performance.

UNconventional starts right where UNexpected ends and first third of the book is the fallout and learning to live with the fallout of Micheal's decision. I wasn't sure how Alyne Hart was going to resolve this issue or how they were going to be able to recover from it. I was pleasantly surprised on how Alyne Hart dealt with the hurt and betrayal and subsequent healing that Amy, Gabe and Michael needed to do in order to make their relationship grow and thrive. UNconventional was filled with love and heartbreak, friendship and redemption. Overall an amazing story of an unconventional love and the courage to share it with the world

Good end to the Duet

This book picks up right where Unexpected left off, thank God! I don't like cliffhangers! I immediately wanted to pick this one up so that I could get to the happily ever after. I won't give a summary because I don't want to spoil the first book. But I enjoyed this one.

I didn't like it quite as much as the first one unfortunately. I still loved all of the characters. I felt like Gabe, Michael, and Amie fit so perfectly together. I just felt like they were apart so much in this book. For me it took way too long for them all to be reunited and I got annoyed with that. Of course when they did get back together, it was totally worth the wait. This book definitely had all the feels still, I just wish there was more. Overall, I enjoyed the story and look forward to reading more by Alyne Hart.

I liked that the duet continued with the same narrator. Isabella Starr did a great job. I just wish there was more emotion in the dialogue and more distinction between the characters. But overall, very enjoyable.

Michael still has unresolved issues and leaves , Gabe and Amy are devastated. Can they keep their relationship together? Will Michael resolves his feelings and return to them? The sex is steamy and HOT!
Isabella Starr narration is wonderful. I thoroughly enjoy enjoyed listening to this story. 🎧audiobookobsessionreviewer

love this story, I need to go back and listen to book one because this series is definitely a keeper!
