Raw, Real, and Inspiring

This book was gripping, powerful, raw, honest, and nearly impossible to pause. Hearing the author share his own experience with the prison system pulled me in right away. You really get to feel just how rigged and corrupt the system is, and honestly, it’s infuriating. It’s set up to keep people trapped, not to help them heal or rebuild. There’s nothing truly rehabilitative about it.

I also loved getting a glimpse into the nightclub scene and the Nick’s transformation from that world into building a new, empowered life. His journey from rock bottom to solid ground is inspiring, and I’m left wanting to know more about where he is now. I found myself wanting to keep listening just to find out what happens next and where he is now.

Highly recommend this for anyone who’s into real, unfiltered stories of redemption, resilience, and what it takes to rebuild a life from the ground up.
