Keep it coming

This is a great "Up Beat" story! I get tired of authors telling stories that are a never ending spiral down with killing all the main characters off & finally the last remaining hero saveds what's left of the pathetic survivers & it's the only time they really win.
This tale has the characters getting into and out of trouble foiling the villains & moving ahead to do it again - fun. Even when they loose one he goes out with style.
I can't wait to see what Terry has for #4.

Another Great Addition

This is an exciting rip roaring Science Fiction adventure series. You need to read all three of the books to enjoy the full experience. If you like space exploration, family dramas, and a little bit of romance I think you will like the Humanity Unlimited Saga. The characters are likeable and well drawn. The story is just plain fun to listen to.
Veronica Giguere is an excellent narrator. She brings the story to life.
Terry Mixon also writes an excellent Space Opera Series, The Empire of Bones Saga.

Interesting Military Sci-fi with alien tech

I had my reservations about narration, but in the end she did a decent job & brought characters alive quite adequately with differing tones. I have to admit it though it was somewhat confusing to follow to storyline with multiple different flows, but in the end it came together quite nicely & it was a treat to get glances at a few different alien worlds, so even though we did not get to meet the "big bad" aliens yet, there was plenty of intrigue about it, and it will be interesting to see what happens next.

good scifi audiobook

I really love this book's complexity. The narrator did an awesome job with all the accents and character differentiation. It was great to listen to.

I highly recommend the entire series.

Very well done

Even coming into the series with the third book I was very impressed by how well I could keep up. The world and characters were not just cardboard cutouts. The Narrator did a great job of bringing everything to life and keeping me engaged, Now I'll have to go back and check out the first two. I received a free copy of this audio in return for an unbiased review.

Good story with a very good narrator

This is the first book written by Terry Nixon that I have read. I requested this book from the author and agreed to review it. I did not realize that this was book 3 of the series and it was immediately apparent that I had missed some good stuff from. the first two books. Due to this fact, it took me a while to get a feel for what had happened before this book began. It is from this perspective that I write this review.

The narration by Veronica Giguere was very good. She flawlessly switched between characters with enough nuances that it was easy to keep track of who was speaking. She did very well with the male characters without making it sound forced.

I am a fan of science fiction, especially when it includes gates, wormholes, time-travel, etc. and this book fit the bill. I finished the book quickly and enjoyed the experience.

book 3

I received this book free of charge for an honest review. it's the third book and I'm lost I had to give up after an hour or so. performance seemed ok though it never really got my attention. story I have no idea what's going on and after a while it just became background noise. I'll try it again after I check out the rest of the series

I wish Terry wasn't such a Fox and Friends fan.

His political views and bias can and does blight the overall story telling. Do us a favor improve the quality but not being politically biased. I am sure you have heard it before.
