Great Read during the holiday season Action & Suspense on the world stage.

I have really enjoyed Andrew’s & Wilson’s 2nd book with these characters. Katie’s continued development is great, and I am now just as invested in her as JR. My favorite part of this is the Rainbow version two introduction. I hope in the future we get to see this new version get some new life. I always appreciate that these authors know there military and keep it close to real world scenarios. I really enjoyed this book, I never lost interest at any point. I really appreciated that these authors story flowed so smoothly. I never felt like I needed to jump because things slowed down. The pace kept up and I did not feel like I was lacking information or that they jumped ahead without laying the ground work.

Thank you Andrew’s & Wilson for being such great stewards of these characters and the legacy of this story line!

A&W do a phenomenal job paying homage to Clancy while keeping the series updated and exciting!

One of the best Jack Ryan stories

This his one of the most thrilling Jack Ryan stories yet. The inclusion of his daughter fits into the storyline well. And, of course Scott Brick never disappoints.

fascinating story!!

Great story line with exceptional detail! Fast moving and keeps the reader interested in the next development! I especially enjoyed how state of the art technology was blended so seamlessly with the characters and their stories! Mr Tom Clancy would be proud!! Well done!

One of the best stories in a long time.

For the last few years, the Jack Ryan stories have gotten somewhat route and less imaginative. This was a great fresh story that had well developed characters and maintain the excitement throughout. 6 stars.

The Presidents thought process.

I liked the book a lot. When will the next book be published? The Oregon should have been the ship to rescue them.

Pretty Good, EXCEPT Narrator...

Andrews & Wilson did a great job continuing their Military Thriller abilities. Great fast pace novel with lots of twist and turns and multiple story lines.

My only complain it the narrator....Brick sounds too much like a radio announcer or cheesy movie trailer voice. I stuck with it BUT was so tempted to stop/return during the first couple of hours due to Brick. I will not purchase another book with him as the narrator. For audio books that's what really makes or breaks it.

learned something about China

The character's inner thoughts and press entation build up was lacking and location description wasn't detailed enough.

Live and Learn

John Clarks ability to age and continue to be effective. He doesn't deny his age or ignore it he simply adds it to his list of assets and liabilities. He continues to assess his team on the fly and initiates a plan to offer the spider an opportunity to be an important addition to the team. She wil obviously accept and expand the already impressive capabilities of the President's favorite tool. The addition of another Ryan to augment the family business is always a great idea and as a proud father of four beautiful, capable and individually impressive daughters of my own I truly appreciate any and all expressions of doting on his favorite.

Outstanding

I’ve not read a lot of Jack Ryan books however I have seen the movies. This book felt right on target with the characters, but remained true to A&W. The only thing this book was missing was Tier 1, and Embers. If only there was a way to do a crossover it would’ve made this a 10 out of 10!
