Publisher's summary

Do you find yourself always running late for meetings, missing deadlines, or somehow always working at the 11th hour? Sounds like you have a time management problem. Poor time management is not as much a bad habit as some people may want you to believe, but instead it is an unlearned skill which can be mastered.

Time management can be easily described as the process of organizing and planning your time. However, many people lack this skill, and it impacts them mentally, emotionally, and physically.

In this book, I’m going to prove to you, in simple actionable steps, that time management is merely a skill, and like all skills, must be prioritized and practiced.

Not only does effective time management eliminate the last minute panic as deadlines approach, but will more importantly allow you to complete your tasks in less time! Who doesn’t want less pain and more free time.

In this book, you’ll learn:

  • How highly focused people produce more and achieve better results in less time
  • How to go from a “to do” list to a “to done” list, and how this emotional result is addictive
  • How to better manage the “People pleaser” inside you while still controlling your time
  • How to get input and feedback from your staff that builds teamwork and doesn’t tear it apart
  • How to train your staff to think and act like owners
  • How to give yourself a clear and precise vision of who and what you want to become
  • And much more

If the idea of taking more control over your life and your schedule while reducing the amount of stress and trauma you’re currently feeling sounds good, I invite you to use the information and training provided in this book to help you build the life you want.

Handle It Once!

The reason I gave this book 5 stars is firstly that it is a complete guide for anyone who acknowledges, and desires to become more efficient. Thorough and detailed processes. Leaders who can bring people together and be at the same time hold them accountable will always succeed. Time wasters are many times just habits we don't know we have - the author's reminder that handling a problem or piece of paper only once is a real game changer!! well done!
