Publisher's Summary

Time management is perhaps something every person should learn about in greatest detail. This is because time is the only commodity in your life that you cannot regain once it is lost. Time is what makes your life, and if and when you realize that, with every minute that passes, you are closer to your death, you will never ever want to see a moment lost.

Many people complain that they don’t have enough time in the day to do everything they need to get done. Remember, though, that you have the same amount of time given to people like Albert Einstein, Nicholas Tesla, and JK Rowling. It’s how you manage it that counts!

All projects, especially those which are more complex in nature, require prioritization, but this is much easier said than done. The thing about large projects is that the workload can tend to overwhelm, leading to greater procrastination instead of focus. When you start feeling that you have too much on your plate, you will lose interest and find it challenging to keep your work momentum.

If you want to finally become more productive and squeeze the most out of your time on a daily basis, so you can spend more time doing the things you love the most, then make sure to get your copy today!

While listen the chapters of this short yet effective book. but it is presented in a funny, refreshing way that makes it valuable for those of us who read a lot of productivity stuff, seeking improvements over our current system. So Powerful, Yet So Simple

Fantastic book. I discovered David McKeown, Greg Allen listening to podcasts. Just fantastic information that I would think should be obvious, but we all get lost in the day to day with family obligations, business obligations etc. As a small business owner, it is like having a coach telling me what I can do to be better at my job.

So glad to have read this book!

I often heard of the adage that time is precious. Yes, it is and it becomes more precious when I need to finish a job within a span of time. When it also means that I need to finish it without any errors at all. This is where focus comes in and more often than not, I do not have it. I am not mindful of the task at hand. This book made me aware that I can do something about my lack of focus and of my output at work

Great book and genius method

Quite often with this type of book the author becomes bogged down with terminology or over-complicating the matter at hand. I am pleased to say that it wasn't the case at all with this book. I found the step by step guide to planning my week that the author took me through informative & easy to understand and will surely be making my own plan immediately. Once done, I've been taken through 'How to be more productive' & 'How to stay motivated', the latter being the more important to me for sure.

Very applicable for students!

I have learned a lot of things about time management and how to make things fast, effective and more accurate. I always do the easy things first and leave the hard ones for later, but this book proved it to be a bad habit. Sleep really is a good thing to do when your mind starts to cloud up. This book is very helpful to people who find time management very difficult to achieve or handle.

Recommend to college student listen.

Juggling between tasks is not only limited to the working force. Students also have to deal with many school and personal related activities that sometimes take a toll on either one. I should have gotten this book when I was studying since it broke down several time management points that one has to consider to be effective. Although the focus is for college students, the practical tips varying from planning, taking advantage of technolgy, listing tasks and the like are also useful for workers like me.

Excellent Guidebook

This book should be a must read for every adult - maybe required reading for high school? The reason her time management program works is two fold. First, you need to have a long term goal or vision. The whys - why it's important to you. Second, you tailor the mechanics of time management to fit your personality. And I also go back and revisit certain points from time to time.

This Book Actually Teaches You

This is by far the best time management book I've read in a long time - especially for pastors. Nelson's lessons are not only practical, but proven. I've already had several of my staff read the book, and all have implemented it with great success. A must read! I am a professional & have read other books & attending seminars over the years but this book was/is truly excellent! The concepts are concise, relevant, & useful. The key is always whether I'll actually make a change in my behavior not just like the ideas. Damon's book really did get me to make changes in my everyday behavior & thinking.

I am now in control of my self-discipline!

This is the first book that I listen in the subject and at least for me has been very useful. I am applying some of the recommendations in my daily life mostly to organize some task that I have been postponed for this book.Book was informative regarding breaking bad habits and establishing new. There was some repetition but this served to embed key content.

Easy changes to increase productivity

Make Time has helped both my wife and I take much greater control over our days, helping us focus more on what fulfills and less on just marking days off of a calendar. I downloaded this book to my I Pad a week ago, then promptly lost my iPad amidst the paperwork and files on my desk. I finally found myself with some down time to listen, so I went looking though the piles everywhere to find my iPad.

Learning content.

I found an Amazing guide for me -- The best way to make the most of this book is to start implementing a couple of strategies at a time and mastering it before moving on to the next. Simply going through the book, and feeling charged about productivity-boosting will not give you results unless you actually implement it.

Helped me survive nursing school and two jobs

This book has tremendously changed the way i approach my work. I used to procrastinate a lot more than I do now. The book gives you the answers to why you procrastinate and how to fix it. The techniques are simple and effective and the book is written in a fun and engaging way, sometimes akin to a blog. What really sets this book apart are the examples of his personal experiments, which really adds to the credibility of the author.

Best book for time management.

Tom's book is spectacular -- and brief, too! He walks you through several critical strategies for sysadmin time management, including using a ticketing system to track requests. One of the few books that have kept its value over the years in more than just face value. If you are a sysadmin or netadmin this book is a MUST. Great book. Short and too the point. Won't go into details about the review because the other reviews have already taken care of that. best book for time management.
