Shen always delivers!

LJ Shen is an auto read and consequent audible download for me. Some of the stories she pens are stellar and some are enjoyable, but they are always, always entertaining and worth my credit and money. The audible perspective of the story adds layers to the already good story. Of course, Sebastian York has swagger that comes through brilliantly in his performance. Samantha Brentmoor was perfect in the spunky, vulnerable and strong heroine. This story is focuses on the apparently "spoiled" princess who is an influencer and gets caught in a scandal that raises the hackles of her estranged parents. Enter her babysitter who is less than thrilled with the assignment and the sparks ignite. Definitely worth the money and credit to read and listen!

Freaking loved it!

Man, I do love me some Ransom! I love Hallie and their chemistry together. Samantha and Sebastian did an amazing job at narrating

So it’s not her best work, but a solid entertaining listen. Her banters and funny one liners are still there. It’s a sexy read. Engaging enough to keep my attention while I ran errands around town and folded laundry. No complaints here. It’s not “The best book you will ever read” but it’s a good book with witty dialogue and great banter. Might not fly for folks who do not like rapey ish scenes.

Slow burn enemies to lovers romance.

Really enjoyed this book. The narrators really know how to breathe life into each character. I love Samantha and Sebastian always.
