Book is great so far except…

The man’s voice telling a personal story during chapter six is absolutely unbearable. I can’t even focus on his words. It sounds like he’s fighting off a sneeze while trying to work loose a chunk of dry bread in his throat.

Wish it wasn't so short- I felt so understood!

Loved it- spot on! Will look for more by this author. I finally see myself in Bpd.

One of the best BPD books I've read.

Covers all the bases and shines light on different aspects from different types of people. Great book. I'll be listening to it again this week.

The narrators were really pleasant and clear voice

I really enjoyed this book. it has helped me understand my disorder. I hope it helps others. I also hope to get therapy. This book is very informative for people with Borderline Personality Disorder and how to understand and self diagnose into looking for help. Thank you.

It is what it is

It was interesting to hear from different ppl who suffer from bpd whether it is mild to high...I related either way. I found this helpful to reassure I am not alone. And that there is help and tools to help you. This is a good assistance guide with recovery.
